This plaster plaque of the battle of Verdun is from France and dates to around 1916. It commemorates one of the longest battles in WW1 and displays the French slogan "they shall not pass". More than likely this plaque was used as propaganda. Overall this plaque is in good antique condition with minor nicks and scratches. Dimensions: 10.5" wide, 7.75" tall and .75" deep. (3310)
