This antique bronze sculpture is from France and dates to the early 1900's. It is by the artist Leopold Savine. The pig is highly detailed and very life-like. The bronze has a beautiful patina with sight verdigris. The marble base is in good condition as well- free from cracks or chips. We guarantee that it is solid bronze and not spelter or some other base metal. Overall this sculpture is in very good antique condition with the usual signs of wear.
