This oil on panel painting is from Europe and dates to the mid 1900's. It is by the painter Paul Bruylant. The ornate frame appears to be original and shows minor signs of wear with some nails in the sides of the frame (see photos). Overall this piece with vibrant colors is in excellent condition and ready for use. Dimensions: 35.75" tall, 21.75" wide and 1.5" thick in its frame. The panel size is 27.75" tall and 15.25" wide.
