This pedestal is from France and it dates to the early 1900's. It is carved from solid chestnut and finished to a warm dark color. The figure is very well done and quite life-like. The stand is solid and strong and does not wobble. Overall it is in very good antique condition with small nicks and scratches. Dimensions: 37.5" tall, 15.5" in diameter. (6644)
