This antique crest is from France and dates to the late 1800’s. This was once the top of a French cabinet. It is made from solid oak and finished to a warm dark color. The carvings on it are very intricate and very deep. Overall it is in excellent condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Note that there are several superficial cracks in the crest, but nothing of significance (see photos). Dimensions: 32.5" wide 11" tall and 2" deep. (1661 1)
