This antique chest is from France and it dates to the mid 1800's. It is made from solid pine and has thick iron straps. There is a lock but the chest did not come with a key. There are several woodworm holes throughout the wood (see photos). However these holes appear to be superficial and do not affect the structure of the chest. Overall this piece is in very good antique condition with minor nicks, discolorations and scratches. Dimensions: 54.5" wide, 19.25" deep and 29.5" high. (459)
