This pair of Gothic prayer rails is from France and dates to the early 1900's. They were once part of a French Catholic church. Both are made from solid oak and nicely finished with detailed carvings. There are some slight cracks in the main panels of the rails but nothing that affects the structure. Note that the rails conveniently have storage underneath. Overall both rails are in very good condition with only minor nicks and scratches consistent with their age. Dimensions for each: 59.5" long, 34" high and 17.5" deep. (5602)
