This stained glass panel is from France and it dates to early 1900's. The glass is free from any cracks. The brass frame is also in excellent condition with only minor cracks in the leading. The portrait is of Rembert Dodoens (1517-1585), often called the father of Botany. The spelling of his name on the stained glass is in Latin. Overall this piece is good condition and ready for use. Dimensions: 13.75" tall, 13.25" wide and .25" thick. (1207 4)
