This Gothic mantel is from France and dates from the early to mid 1900's. It was once part of a gothic fireplace. It is made from solid and veneered walnut finished to a warm dark color. Note the detail in the side pillars. There are some slight chips in the corners of the mantel and a chip in the side pillar (see photos). Despite these slight imperfections this mantel is in good condition and ready to be used in your next project. Dimensions: 56.25" wide (at the crown), 54.25" tall and 7.75" deep. The fireplace opening is 36" wide by 45.5" tall (6643)
