This pair of Gothic throne chairs is from France and dates to the early 1900's. They are made from solid chestnut and finished to a warm dark color. Each chair as been hand carved and has excellent detail in the designs. The chairs have had a few repairs over the years but overall they are solid. Note that there is a crack in the linen fold panel of one of the chairs and a larger chip in on the backside of the other chair (see photos). Dimensions for each: 58.25" tall, 17.75" high to the seat, 25.5" wide and 21.5" deep. (1336)
Your item will be disassembled, securely packed in a custom-built crate and shipped to your driveway.
