This antique sideboard is from France and dates to the late 1700's. It is made from solid oak and pine and finished to a warm dark color. Notice the detailed carvings throughout the piece. There is a key and the lock works as it should. There are several cracks in the deck of the piece and several chipped off pieces in the carvings (see photos). Note that the top of the piece is made with both oak and pine. Overall it is in very good antique condition with minor imperfections considering its age.
