This curved oak display cabinet is from France and it dates to the early 1900's. It is a beautiful piece with deep carvings. The solid oak woodwork is hand carved and finished to a warm dark color. There is a key and the lock works as it should. Note that there are some slight cracks in the base of the piece and some woodworm holes on the backside of the cabinet (see photos). Overall this cabinet is in good antique condition with the usual amount of nicks and scratches. The cabinet comes apart in two pieces and will be shipped that way. No tools are required to reassemble the case. Dimensions: 65.75" tall, 44" wide and 20" deep. (8191)
