This highly carved panel is from France and dates to the late 1800’s. This was once a door on a large French cabinet. It is made from solid walnut and finished to a warm dark color. The panel is unusually pretty and the carvings are very well done. Note that there is a slight crack at the top of the panel (see photos). Overall this piece is in excellent condition with only minor nicks and scratches consistent with its age. Dimensions: 17.2" tall, 9.5" wide and 1" deep. (1328 9)
