We've teamed up with our best suppliers to bring a series of beautiful antique bars to you. With two decades of experience, we've developed a great working relationship with a superior antique craftsman who builds these bars exclusively for us. He starts with fine antique cabinets and modifies them to meet modern needs for beautiful and functional bars.
Our converted antiques are available in a variety of styles and configurations: see our other listings for current offerings. The modifications preserve the full look of antiques: the visible parts are genuinely old. Modifications to the hidden parts and the structure yield proper bar height, an open rear structure, hidden drawers and a back bar of proper proportions. The structure is also strengthened to stand up to regular use. With the modifications you can install your own wine refrigerator, kegerator or other accessories to fit your needs.
This particular bar is made from several antique Breton (Brittany region of France) cabinets as well as an antique stained glass panel from Belgium. Brittany is a maritime province-thus the nautical theme you see in the ships wheels in the canopy. The wood is chestnut.
You will find this bar to be of superior quality with all components in excellent antique condition. Of course, you will see the minor nicks and scratches that are always present in genuine antiques.
Dimensions: 96" high, 61.5" wide, 69" deep (front to back) 44.5" to the deck of the bar.
