This gothic door is from France and dates to the late 1800’s. It was once a decorative panel on a French cabinet. Note that the latches and the hinges are decorative and not functional. It is carved from solid chestnut and finished to a warm dark color. The carvings are intricate and very well done. Overall this panel is in excellent condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Dimensions: 11.5" wide, 11.25" tall and the panel is .75" deep (not including the latch). (625 45)
