This Gothic revival upholstered prie dieu chair is from France or Belgium. The chair dates from the early to mid 1900's. The frame is made of solid oak and it is tight, solid and strong. The upholstery is in very good condition with some slight fading but no wear of any significance. There are some slight scratches on the legs. Dimensions: 40” high to the top of the back, 16" to the seat, 19” wide, 19.5” deep (front to back). (3522 1)
