DescriptionThis inlaid walnut tantalus is from France and dates to the late 1800's. There are 16 stemmed glasses and 4 decanters that are on a removable walnut and silver plated bronze platter. Overall the tantalus is in good antique condition with the following minor points of damage. The inlay is missing minor strips on the top and sides (see photos). There is minor cracking in the walnut veneer on the lid (see photos). The lock is missing. The decanters and glasses are a mixed set of originals and replacements that match well.
