This Gothic cabinet is from France and dates from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. The woodwork is very intricate with excellent hand carved details. The doors open and close smoothly and the top locks with a key. Note that the door panels have several cracks in them (see photos). There are also some old inactive woodworm holes on the deck of the piece, the shelf and some on the backside. This piece is unusual with its two opening panels on the back. Overall this unique piece is in excellent antique condition with only minor nicks and scratches. Dimensions: 70.25" tall, 36" wide and 19.5" deep (front to back). (1649)
